am called me later ,I had to explain To him everything, but I doubt he belived ,then he told me that he had already setup a date for me and his cousins maybe if he finds me attractive him,I can now explain to him ....
I had to tell jenny everything so I would have a backup it was just much ,I needed ideas She told me I should be careful .
The following day  he called about severally I didn't pick up , ham's cousine came over to pick me ,fortunately the guy was looking good , ,but I still prefferd tony  but I was scared  he might use and dump me and also I haven't known his intentions
He introduced Himself as Chris .., we talked and talked in bar,I was just scared so he would not start falling for me ..,then unfortunately for me ,he told me how much he was attracted to me ,that he would like to move it to greater height ..������...o my God !,,see gobe ...but I wanted to teach tony a lesson with Chris ..I told him let's see where our friendship leads us..... I told him I want to take him to Tony's house ,,..that he is ham's best friend and also my good friend,,.....he was happy that I was  letting him in, but I was just want to play little game...

"Nne wake up !, wake up!"the voice said quietly I felt a soft tap on my back , I could barely open my eyes , I was really sleepy . "Wake up nne !, I open my eyes and saw my sister sitting beside me , I looked at the time it was 1:30am.. "What is it udo ? I asked , I was very upset , but I didn't want her to know because the day before was her 10th birthday and today was my 20th birthday so maybe she wanted to wish me a happy birthday like she always did for the past 6years... "I heard a strange noise from the sittingroom ,"she said , I could feel the shivering in her voice , "it might be bisi , you know she likes watching late night movies"i said, bisi is our maid she has lived with us even before udo was born so she's like one of my family member she has been offered to be sent to school by my mother but she refused and said that going to school is a waste of time and money that she should rather be given the money .. "Its not bisi, she is sleeping in her room "she said, I was scared already, immediately we heard the sound of breaking glasses, I became more frightened , I held my sister's hand and got up from my bed , I asked her to lie so I would check what was happening, udo held back my hand ,"nne stay back , lets wait , something bad might happen to you"she said innocently "don't worry I will just check" I closed the door behinde me and walked down the hallway , then entered the kitchen and carried the pestle I held it strongly , I was already praying for courage and strength , or I could just hide myself...as I entered the dinning from the kitchen, I saw my mother in the sittingroom breaking glasses , she was dropping them one by one the floor, I stood aside behind the wall watching her .

We approached their table ,He saw us stood up and hugged me ,brought out seats for us it was a table for four as if he knew I won't Come alone ,tony and ham were just seating opposite ,while I and jenny in the same position too ,he gave me the menu ,I ordered the most expensive dish there not that I know much about the dish,I just liked how expensive it looked "Winnie this is my friend practically grew up together ,he just came back from the states to see his fiancee" , he said smiling "And ham meet my girlfriend winnie we have been together for two years now and maybe will soon take the big step " he added.. I was really surprised i was still trying to figure out what was happening ,I decided to play along "Sorry I guess this is her friend ,what's your name sweety "?..he asked referring to jenny ... "Jenny ",,she said.... "Your girlfriend is very beautiful ,"ham said ... Tony started telling me that ham is like a brother he never had and their childhood memories, we started eating ,ham was just starring at me like I did something wrong tony may feel he was admiring or something,, then he joked about it... Ham started texting on his phone , I received a text.,"why didn't tell me you were in a serious relationship" ,to be honest I didn't know what to reply him,cos am yet to understand the game tony is playing, jenny was just enjoying herself ,while I was in a hot seat,... "Your girlfriend is a very beautiful girl " ham said again ,I was so pissed ,why he kept on repeating it ....tony smiled ..after the lunch, ham texted me that he will call me later..he then left after exchanging pleasantries with tony..I was about getting up ,he pulled me down forcefully..., "What is wrong with you "I raised my voice at him. Then he apologized ..he told jenny to wait outside for me ,so he could drop us later..she left.. "Tony I don't understand what you are doing ,what do you want from me,why did you tell your friend we were dating ,why are you so fake",,? I asked furiously... "Listen to me ,as much as you drive me crazy ,don't flirt in my presence ..,come on ,I will drop you and your friend "he said ,he stood up and left..I had to follow him.. What kind of trouble did I land myself into ,is it because of the money he gave me,I guess I'll start looking for where to get the money so I would give it back to him..all those charming oo,has started to fade...,he didn't say a word inside his car ,till we got home ,and the finally said.. "I will call you",..jenny kept on laughing at me ...

I always wanted to marry someone who based abroad when I was younger ,I prayed that since my two elder sisters didn't marry someone  there ,either I or my younger ones will "Winnie this gown is not fine ",,..my youngest sister said frowning her face ..,.. "I know its not fine ,that's why am wearing it "I answered jokingly .., "I want american in law ooo "!!!..she said .. "See this girl oo, don't worry I would introduce you to him as the one ready for marriage"...I replied "Mummy will kill me biko,.."..she said "Why will she "?...I asked, I knew shaa ,our rule is that ,at least you will be in the university b4 talking about marriage..... A car entered our compound ,a white Bentley ..,..,...I have never seen that car B4 in Nigeria .. My phone started ringing ,who is this disrupting my view ??.. "Yeah who am I speaking with ".?? I asked.. "Its tony ,how are you "?.he asked like a guy trying to woo a girl.. "Just how you left me ..,"I answered " you ran away from me,am not a monster winnie ,am just a guy searching for true love"...b4 he could finish I hunged up ...my mum was already calling me , i sent him a text that i had a suitor as I entered the sitting room,I sat down ,the man was just looking at my every move, he looked very young ,like my sister's age mate... Maybe is is older ,looks can be deceiving a times.. My mum introduced me to him and he introduced himself as ham that's Abraham,.. Which  generation bears that kind of name... Then we left together outside ,maybe to know ourselves better, I was just doing that for my mum ,cos I was not even ready for marriage.... 'So chioma ,actually I have a fiancee , "he said ..not again.. I thought "My cousine said I should help him and I met my fiancee here in your town ,and I also learnt that girls form here are well mannered.."...he added , "So your friend ,can't come himself,"..I asked "Probably he is busy ,he Is a very busy man ..,so what do you think," He asked smiling ..he is not fine,just that he has a baby face.. I told him ,I would think about it ...I received a text from tony "A suitor ??!!!..don't do this to me winnie..".,I laughed silently "What's funny "he asked "I received a funny picture "I replied ,I know he knew I lied So after the whole drama I went back to school..,...,tony invited me for lunch in resturant in mall that he wanted to introduce me to someone.., I went with jenny... That day we entered the restaurant ,to my utter most surprise I saw ham too with him...it this a setup or something....

What an attitude I thought ,he is actually a spoilt brat that thinks he can get what he wants and when he wants it .., but maybe I would make him understand that there is a limit to everything you do... I went home for the weekend,my mum was not around when I arrived ,I lost my father earlier that year,so things were a little difficult for I and my sisters ,some people say that my dad was unlucky having 6girls without a son. ,but one thing they didn't know is that he was the luckiest ...,I was actually the 3rd girl my 2older sisters ,are both married in their own homes ., while my immediate sister is in the same school with me even the same dept econimics ,,..my younger siblings still battling with jamb....my mum still takes good care of us properly as a vice principal she is in a secondary school there including the money my dad left too as a civil servant,so we were actually an average family... "Good evening mummy"I greeted collecting her bag and files as she walked inside the house ... "Chioma how are you " ? She calls me my native name and speaks English to all of us ...maybe because she is learned or what..... "Am fine ma ,Mimi said you couldn't reach me,so I decided to come back because she said you wanted to discuss something with me..,"..I said sitting down beside her.....my last sister entered greeted us took her bags inside and brought her bowel to wash her hands and food too...,she is the prettiest ,fair ,full hair ,pointed nose ,I use to be jealous of her when I was younger ,but as I grew older I understood some certain things..... .."what I want to discuss with you eh !,its a very wonderful thing, in fact a blessing... I felt really lucky when I heard it.. "She said smiling ,I was wondering what could her made her that happy... Maybe she heared that am dating a billionaire or what ,still figuring out.... "My friend 's son came back from the abroad ,so my friend told me " she said "Mummy how is that affecting me kwanu " I interrupted ...she looked at me with ,maybe she would give me a knock on my head if she could still.... "I told her to come tomorrow with her son ,to say hy to us ,maybe you might be the lucky girl he would end up with..."she said finally.. That was the least thing I wanted to hear ,I was not even ready for any sort of marriage, I don't even have a stable relationship with guys ,talk more of sticking to one person for the rest of my life... "OK ma till tomorrow then".,I said before leaving to see some of my childhood friends in the neighborhood.....

The next day ,I found myself in Tony's sitting room ...he came sat down ..,threw a pillow at me maybe he thought I was in the mood to play ..,
"How's your wedding preparation coming "?.,,I asked
He looked at me ,smiled
"I called it off ,its a long story ,queen was actually stealing from me ,I can't marry a thief as a wife.."he said ,as if he was defending himself from an accusation....
"Or you grew tired of her .."? I popped in...
"Well maybe its part of it too ,she is not always here ..,she has an appointment here and there ..,and am some one that loves attention especially from people I care about..".,. ..
"I see"..I said nodding my head
"That night I wanted to sleep with you , but I could not ,cos I respect you alot..,I wanted to stop ,b4 you slapped me..,I felt bad,maybe like a rappist or something.., any girl I have the opportunity to sleep with should count herself lucky ..,"he said smiling mischievously..
He is a very big crook ,no doubt.
"You are not saying anything "he asked
"What the hell do you want me to say !!...what kind of person are you,you go around playing with people's feelings .."I shouted
He laughed "feelings??..what kind if feelings  ? Whose feelings??.."he asked
"Just warn queen not to embarrass  me ever again ..,you just go around f*****g every hole you see ..".,I didn't know when I said that,that was too much...
"Well my dear,no one has ever rejected me b4 ,so maybe its not my fault, I look too good to be rejected ,I have the money and the body,,what else do you want me to do "?? ..he asked ,"I respect girls a lot ,but most girls don't respect themselves...., I just hope you are not one of them..."he added ..he left the sitting room..,
I was not told to leave the house ..I knew I had to go,but that did not solve anything...
At least I stood up to him ..
